Natalie has always believed in living an active lifestyle as her experience in sport specific training and personal injury led her to pursuing a career in Physiotherapy. As a previous personal trainer and bootcamp instructor, she has always found the benefit of movement to be a key factor in recovery.
Natalie graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Manitoba in 2021. Since graduating, Natalie has worked in a variety of physiotherapy settings including adult in-patient medicine at Health Sciences Centre, private practice orthopaedics, and school-aged physiotherapy for First Nations children in Northwestern Ontario.
Natalie takes pride in continuing education and has taken three levels of Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, Level 2 Upper Quadrant Manual Therapy through the Orthopaedic Division, and various pediatric courses.
In her spare time, Natalie loves spending time with family, friends, and her Australian Shepherd Tobi, playing volleyball, and enjoying summers at the lake.
