Hello! Great to meet you, my name is Sam, and I am a dedicated Physiotherapist with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. My education has equipped me with a strong foundation in rehabilitation, and I’m committed to helping you regain your strength, mobility, and confidence.
Throughout my training, I’ve gained valuable experience in diverse clinical settings, including spinal cord injuries, post-operative heart surgery, and general orthopedics. I’ve had the privilege of working at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, where I supported patients in the medical teaching unit, renal unit, palliative care unit, and cardiac surgery unit.
I will take the time to get to know your story, ensuring that our sessions are tailored to your unique needs. My approach is patient centered and I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for effective treatment and optimizing performance. Your health and wellness are my priority, and I’m here to help you feel and function better every step of the way.
Outside of my professional life, I’m an avid volleyball player who enjoys staying active, exploring new places, and indulging in delicious food. I love sharing insights about fitness and nutrition, believing that a balanced lifestyle is key to overall wellness.
My goal is to provide you with compassionate, hands-on care tailored to your unique needs. Ready to embark on your journey to better health? Let’s work together to achieve your goals—book a session with me today!

Hi, I’m Lisa! While I was born in Edmonton, I grew up in Winnipeg, MB and recently moved back after living in the Okanagan for the last few years. I graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, prior to earning my Master of Physical Therapy in 2017.
Since graduation, I have been an avid learner and have participated in several post-secondary courses. I earned my acupuncture certification through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute in 2018 and completed courses in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management and dizziness in relation to the cervical spine. I am currently finishing my Masters in Advanced Health Care Practice in Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy through Western University, which really places emphasis on the clinical reasoning, assessment and treatment of complex orthopaedic conditions.
I have a special interest in treating orthopaedics, vestibular dysfunction and paediatrics. I use an active approach to treatment and have a passion for injury prevention and manual therapy. I strongly believe that physiotherapy needs to be patient centered and look to give you the tools to get back to your daily activities.
In my spare time I am a club level volleyball coach (fun fact: I played volleyball for Michigan Tech University) and enjoy spin classes and yoga. My husband and I are thrilled to be back in Alberta and explore all this beautiful province has to offer!
