Hi, I’m Cara! I’m a physiotherapist based in Regina, Saskatchewan, with extensive experience working across hospital, community, rehabilitation, rural, and international health settings.

I graduated from Griffith University in Australia with a Master of Physiotherapy in 2004, following earlier studies in Exercise Science and Education. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of clinical environments, including acute care hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, private practice, and rural health networks across Saskatchewan and abroad.

I’ve developed a strong passion for helping people improve their mobility, function, and independence through evidence-based physiotherapy. My approach to care is active and goal-focused, combining exercise-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, and education to support recovery and long-term outcomes. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, including those recovering from orthopedic injury, neurological conditions, and complex functional challenges.

Over the course of my career, I’ve continued to pursue professional development across neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy, and I value staying current with best practice approaches to support high-quality care.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by training for triathlons and value spending time camping and traveling with family and friends.
