Nicole graduated from Brandon University with a major in psychology in 2006. She then went on to graduate with her Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba in 2010. Nicole has worked in a number of settings including acute care, home care and a hospital-based outpatient clinic. Her approach to physiotherapy is exercise and education based with a particular interest in working with the geriatric population. She is also very passionate about injury and chronic disease prevention. Nicole has spent the majority of her career working in Northwestern Ontario but is looking forward to returning to her home province of Manitoba and joining the PhysiGo team!
In Nicole’s spare time she enjoys being in nature with family and friends and taking part in her many hobbies and interests. She enjoys hiking, yoga, golfing, cycling, camping, cross country skiing, and travelling. Most of these adventures include Nicole’s rescue dog Lexi by her side.
